Earlier this year, GEAR UP students in Corsicana Independent School District, participated in an in-depth career and college exploration event. Supported through Region 12 GEAR UP, community organizations, businesses, and colleges from across the region came together to share opportunities with students. Grand Island Public Schools GEAR UP was recently featured for their innovative career exploration initiatives. Family, College and Career Specialist Asia Berg said, "Saying 'what do you want to be' is such a broad range.
