Apply to represent your community on the NCCEP/GEAR UP Communications Advisory Committee in 2023 and 2024. Be a part of this knowledgeable group of GEAR UP professionals, integral to the national GEAR UP communications efforts. The committee meets via zoom once a month and participates in conference programming, National GEAR UP Week, and other communications opportunities as they occur. Apply by November 21, 2022. Our community has come together in visible unity and strength over the past month to advocate for GEAR UP in a variety of ways.  

Because of your advocacy, we gained 24 new supporters from Congress on the GEAR UP Dear Colleague letters asking for a significant increase in GEAR UP funding for Fiscal Year 2023. We have record bipartisan support on both the House and the Senate letter.
