YUHSD sees decrease in dropout rates

San Luis High School, part of the Arizona GEAR UP program, experienced an unprecedented decline in high school dropouts, reaching a low of .51%. The school principal credits school staff, continuous efforts from stakeholders, and participation in GEAR UP as the reason that the dropout rate has declined so dramatically.
