OKC district student gearing up for college

Some of you might remember Belenda Torres, the 2017 GEAR UP Youth of the Year. Belenda will graduate this year from U.S. Grant High School in Oklahoma City as valedictorian and will go on to attend the University of Oklahoma in the fall.
