U.S. Representatives Will Hurd and Susan Davis introduced the GEAR UP for Success Act in the house on Friday. U.S. Senators John Cornyn and Joe Manchin, along with Senators Susan Collins, Kamala Harris, Thom Tillis, and Jacky Rosen introduced the senate version last week.
