As we alluded to the recent digest, we wanted to follow up with an update on the markup on federal education funding for Fiscal Year (FY) 2018.

Yesterday, the House Labor-HHS-Education appropriations subcommittee passed their FY 2018 spending bill, which includes a $10 million increase for GEAR UP.
